Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders are processed before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) – $5.99
  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days) – $15
  • Free Shipping on orders over $50

Delivery times are estimates and apply after your order has been processed and shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on location or carrier delays.


Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Suebaby Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered, Suebaby Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
