At Suebaby Beauty, we take pride in the quality and care of every product.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@suebabybeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement.
Order Issues
Please ensure that all order details, including your shipping address, are correct at checkout. Suebaby Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered, Suebaby Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Fraudulent Orders & Chargebacks
We reserve the right to cancel any order identified as high risk for fraud.
If a chargeback is initiated for an order that has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide proof of delivery to the payment provider.
Submitting a chargeback for a valid transaction may be considered a violation of payment policies and may result in further action by the payment provider.
